The Rhode Island Alpha Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa was founded at Brown University in 1830. Eligible students can be considered for election as seniors as long as they have competed twenty-eight over seven semesters at Brown. Students must also receive at least twenty-three A’s or S’s with distinction in these courses, with 40% of the courses being in the arts, humanities, social sciences, and/or pure mathematics.
Congratulations to Peter, Victoria, JP, and John.
